I'm having trouble receiving the login code
If you are having trouble with the login code we email you, here are a few suggestions:
- Instead of clicking on the link in the email, try copying and pasting the link directly into Fountain.
- If you haven't received the email, please check that your VPN is not blocking requests. You may also need to try again with your VPN turned off.
