I'm having trouble signing up for Premium

If you are unable to sign up for a Fountain Premium subscription, it may be due to the operating system you are using. For example, if you are on Android and using a non-standard operating system (such as Graphene OS), you may encounter errors when attempting to become a Premium subscriber. 

If you are not using Graphene OS on Android and still unable to sign up for Premium, please create a customer support ticket so we can assist you further. When creating a ticket, the more information you provide, the better we are able to help you. Please attach screenshots or a screen recording if you can.
